Personal branding photography tells the story of what you do and why you do it. It’s as simple as that! People want to know so much more than just a business bio on your website or social profile image.
  • 🌿 Your audience wants to know what makes you unique and in essence, what sets you apart from the rest.
  • 🌿 The people behind the brand are what makes a business what it is. And your potential clients are interested to know WHO exactly that is.
  • 🌿Personal branding photography is the perfect way to show you/ your team as authentically & naturally as possible, all so you can build a level of trust & like so you can attract your dream clients.
  • 🌿Personal Branding Photography conveys a promise to your audience that you are a business owner who takes it’s business seriously; that you’re investing into your own business in the same way you want others to invest in what you offer.
  • 🌿And the added bonus is – Personal Brand Photography will not only free you precious time & make showing up on your marketing platforms easier, it will also increase your confidence in your own brand identity – and who doesn’t want to work with a business owner who’s walking the walk?!
I am always amazed by the feedback from my clients months after the shoot, about how it has transformed their marketing & the outcomes that follow; how much easier it is to be consistent & how great it feels to not compromise on what/how you show up.
I offer free consultations where we go over all aspects of your business & marketing platforms to see how having professional tailored imagery can support your business, as well as offer extra support on planning & getting the most out of your brand imagery.

Children with Cancer Fund – news

Children with Cancer Fund – news

Panto day 2021

On Sunday 19th December Children with Cancer Fund took many of the families we support to the Eastbourne Pantomime! The pantomime has always been one of our most popular family events, but with the cancellation of the show in 2020 because of the pandemic, the families were even more excited to be back in the stunning Devonshire Park Theatre. This year’s show was Sleeping Beauty, there was lots of fun and laughter, and Children with Cancer Fund even got a special mention during the show! After the Pantomime, the families were directed to the front of theatre where a special Christmas gift from Children with Cancer Fund awaited them. Each of the families were treated to a red gift bag filled with a Green Fig Catering Hamper, a family toy and a supermarket gift voucher. Colin and Debbie joined us on behalf of the Sussex Masonic Foundation to assist in handing out the gift bags, which they had kindly helped to fund. It was amazing to see the delight on the families’ faces as they received their Christmas treat.

Come along to this fundraiser for a fun family day out or a charming walk in the woods…we look forward to seeing you there! We also have plenty of other fundraisers planned, from the β€˜Run to Run’, to Eastbourne Carnival, so have a look at what’s coming up here: Events for May 2022 – Children with Cancer Fund – Polegate

by Mison West Property Agents

For the average Brit, selling a home for the first time can be an easily overwhelming experience. This makes sense when things like market timing, the wrong paint colour or even choice of contractor can all easily mean the difference between making or losing a lot of money.

The added stress of having the right estate agent to sell your East Sussex home and ensure the property doesn’t remain on the market for a long time or have the sale held up by avoidable issues is paramount.

So, the question is, how do you select the right estate agent to sell your East Sussex home?

Be sure to research agents with proven track record when it comes to marketing East Sussex properties and their ability to bring in potential East Sussex buyers, with extra bonus points if they are experts in your specific area.

1.Check the Credentials of your agent
Ensure the agents under consideration have the necessary experience, licences, qualifications and are registered with all the relevant authorities to be able handle the sale of your East Sussex home. Do this by checking if they are an accredited Independent Ombudsman Service. They must be either a member of the Property Redress Scheme or the Property Ombudsman

2.Negotiation skills
The ability to develop relationships, deliver good service and negotiate the best price that benefit you as the homeowner is what any quality estate agent should do. What is their track record with achieving the asking price for East Sussex homes like yours?

3.Recommendations from East Sussex friends and family
Ask for personal recommendations from East Sussex family, friends, and colleagues on their experiences.

4.Speed of sale of your home
How quickly do they sell their East Sussex homes?

5.Pricing Strategy of your East Sussex home
Don’t just accept the valuation they give at face value. Some agents over inflate their advice to flatter you to putting the house on to the East Sussex market. then contact 8 weeks later to reduce. Sounds harmless, yet you have missed the β€˜New to market boat” by then, and buyers will think, β€œthey are desperate to sell, reducing so quickly’, and you will end up getting much less for your East Sussex home, than if you had originally gone on the market at a reasonable asking form day one.

6.Staff knowledge of your East Sussex home
Will the brochure of your East Sussex home be shared with their colleagues? It’s good if more than one person in the office can talk eagerly and with knowledge about your property. Ask if the negotiators will visit your property to really get to know your home.

            7.Locally Based in East Sussex?
Do they have an office in East Sussex, so you can visit and also ensure people can see your property in their window? Are they open on weekends? A surprising number of agents only work during the week, meaning you miss out on weekend buyers.

If you would like to contact us at Mison West Property Agents to discuss anything to do with selling your home in East Sussex, don’t hesitate to contact on 01323 460617 or

            Coast2Capital - Business recovery Grants

Children with Cancer Fund )CWCF) recently had the pleasure of attending West Hove Golf Club for a great night supporting Brighton families. Wishes were granted, the room was filled supportive chat and the welcoming hosts even provided some off the charts entertainment!Β The aim of events like these is to bring the families together in an environment where they can relax, have some fun and a have a night off from the difficulties of having a child go through cancer treatment. One of the things that helps provide support through such difficult times is the company of other people who are going through something similar so that you can share your worries, questions and advice for others in a safe space.

West Hove Golf Club also held their James Ross sponsors day where Teams of four battled it out in testing conditions, with nibbles and snacks served in the bar after golf. A whopping Β£700 was raised. Thank you to everyone involved in making this event a success, and a big thank you to West Hove Golf Club for hosting and paying for a great night bringing our families together.

In other news, the Firle Bonfire celebrations are going ahead this year and CWCF are lucky to be one of the charities they are supporting, so they are in need of some lovely volunteers to help represent them at the event. If you would like to get involved please email
